Use of images (Photos and Videos): During public events or activities organized at the casal, photos or videos may be taken for the promotion of the bar/casal’s activities on our social media, website, or local advertising.
Note: You will always be clearly informed when photos are being taken, and we will respect your right not to appear in them if you indicate this at the time.
3. Legal Basis
Performance of a contract/service: To manage your table reservation or registration.
Legitimate interest / Consent: For the promotion of the casal’s social and cultural activities through images, provided that your interests or fundamental rights do not override this.
4. Data Retention
Reservations: Data will be deleted once the service has been completed, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (e.g., invoicing).
Images: They will remain published as long as the promoted activity is relevant, or until you request their removal.

We do not share your data with third parties outside the casal, except:
Reservation platforms (if you use an external one).
Social media (only in the case of event photos/videos).
